Measuring Observations Training – Facilitated by registered nurses with first hand clinical experience, this ½ day blended learning course allows participants to demonstrate theoretical and practical competencies within a classroom environment.

Attendees will learn to record and report observations utilising the national early warning score (NEWS) 2.

The Measuring Observations training course allows healthcare workers to gain the evidence-based skills and knowledge required to undertake regular assessments of patients within their care.

Effective nursing observations are crucial to patient safety and outcomes and the first step in identifying signs of clinical concern.
