How Can We Help?
Wren Healthcare provides educational support, counselling and clinical supervision. We offer bespoke wellbeing solutions to support organisations in the following ways:
An internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.
We offer half-day, one-day and two-day variations of this training course to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 participants.
A mental health promotion training program based on the latest evidence base. Evaluation has shown it increases the confidence and core skills of front-line staff, so they are more effective in having conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
It has been designed to help people manage stress and destress and increase their resilience and mental wellbeing through positive change. It is an incremental program over two and a half days.
Bespoke Training Packages
In addition to our accredited courses, we also have the capacity to delivery bespoke training courses/workshops covering topics such as work-related stress, work life balance and lone working.
All of our content is created and developed in-house to suit your organisation’s wellbeing needs.
