Yes, we will provide a certificate/pathology report for travel at no additional cost. The certificate includes the test type (PCR), date, and time the sample was received and processed by our UKAS registered laboratory.
The certificate is also stamped and signed by the pathologist who has processed your results.
A polymerase chain reaction test (or PCR test) is used to detect the presence of genetic material from the COVID-19 virus within a swab or saliva sample.
A PCR test will give a result based on whether you currently have the virus. It is one of the most accurate forms of testing for COVID-19.
Unfortunately, we are not performing tests for those who have symptoms of COVID-19.
Yes, these tests are approved by PHE and are 99.9% accurate. PHE approval and review on the tests we use can be found on the governments website.
Many countries and airlines require all those traveling to show evidence of a negative result from a PCR test; supplied by a registered laboratory before they travel. We provide PCR travel certificates or Fit-to-fly certificates within 24 or 48 hours, depending on your requirements.
Your sample will be received by the lab on the same day as your appointment, no later than 6:30 pm. It’s from this point that the turnaround times come into play. If you have booked a 24-hour turnaround, you should expect your results by 6:30 pm the following day.
Please note: for Sunday appointments using the 24-hour service, your test results will be sent via email before 9:30 pm the next day.
These tests are 99.9% accurate and approved by Public Health England.

Yes, it is possible to cancel.
There is a £25.00 administration fee for each booking if you choose to cancel your appointment.
There is no charge if you would like to re-schedule your appointment.
Please note: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will not be refunded.
We offer an AM and PM booking slot. The day before your appointment, our Community Testing Specialist will contact you to confirm the time of their visit.
