  • Referrals can be sent electronically using our unique data management software. This will ensure the secure transfer of data (Patient Registration/Consent forms and Prescriptions) (ISO27001 accreditation, regularly audited by a UK Government approved (UKAS) auditor, GDPR compliant, Data encrypted in transit and at rest, Mandatory 2FA servers, Firewalls).
  • Once referral forms have been received, contact with the patient is made within 24 hours to arrange appointment/visit.
  • Feedback from the patient is captured from every visit and recorded onto PRS.
  • All PV recorded in accordance with EMA and RPS guidelines
